Fuyung Hay Sweet Sour Sauce

Made with Maizenaku



  • 3 tbsp kacang polong beku
  • ½ pineapple, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • 150 g of small shrimp, stir-fried
  • 1 of cabbage, slices
  • 2 pcs kol, iris-iris
  • 1 tbsp of beef stock
  • 1 stem of leeks, sliced

Bahan saus

  • 150 ml of orange juice
  • 5 centimeters of ginger, bruised
  • 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of Maizenaku, dissolve with a little water


  1. Beat the eggs, add beef stock and mix well. Next add flour and stir again until evenly distributed
