Bahan


  • 9 eggs
  • 70 g of chocolate powder
  • 50 g of Maizenaku
  • 125 g of low/medium protein flour
  • 1 tbsp emulsifier
  • 125 g of butter, melted
  • 250 g of sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanila

Bahan Hiasan


  • 500 g whipped cream/butter cream
  • 250 g DCC (Dark Cooking Chocolate), shaved
  • 5 strawberries

Cara Membuat


  1. Mix flour, vanilla, chocolate powder, and Maizenaku. Stir well. Set it aside.

  2. Prepare a round baking pan with a diameter of 12cm that has been smeared with margarine. Put on baking paper, then spread margarine again. Set it aside.

  3. Beat the eggs, sugar, and emulsifier until it expands and thickens.

  4. Add the flour mixture while sifting, stirring until well blended. Add melted butter, then mix well.

  5. Pour into the pan, oven until cooked, with a temperature of 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Check maturity with a toothpick test. Then, lift.

  6. Rub the entire surface with whipped cream until it is evenly covered.

  7. Close the edges and top of the cake with the DCC (Dark Cooking Chocolate) that has been shaved until it's all covered.

  8. Spray the whipped cream on top, decorate with strawberries.
