Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon maizenaku
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot OR
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark Oriental sesame oil
HOW TO MAKE
- Stir maizenaku and soy sauce in a small saucepan until smooth. Add water, green onion, ginger, sugar, hoisin sauce and sesame oil.
- Bring to boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat; boil 1 minute.
- Cover and refrigerate. If desired, sprinkle with additional green onion.
