Rissole Skin Ingredients


  • 500 gr flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp full cream powdered milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp enough water

Filling Ingredients


  • 250 gr grams of macaroni
  • 300 gr grams of mayonnaise
  • 10 pcs smoked beef, square cut
  • 6 boiled eggs, cut into 6 parts

Seasoning


  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves

Skin Flour Ingredients


  • 200 gr grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, shake it off

HOW TO MAKE


  1. Make the filling first. Boil the macaroni until done and drain.

  2. Pour a little oil so it doesn't stick and clot.

  3. Chop the garlic and saute until fragrant.

  4. Add in the macaroni and smoked beef.

  5. Pour the seasoning and stir until smooth.

  6. Give a little water to make the flavor more absorbent.

  7. Mix all the rissole skin ingredients in a bowl.

  8. Stir with a spoon until all the dough does not clot.

  9. Make an omelet on a small teflon pan.

  10. Do it until all the skin ingredients are gone.

  11. Allow the omelet dough to cool, after that filling it.

  12. Fold the right, left and roll sides to close.

  13. Put the rissole in the eggs and roll them over the breadcrumbs flour.

  14. Heat cooking oil and fry the rissole on medium heat.

  15. Lift, drain, and serve.
