Creamy Vanilla Pie with Cherry Topping

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons maizenaku
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Light Corn Syrup
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 dash salt
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
HOW TO MAKE
- Whisk eggs and corn starch together in large bowl until smooth. Add corn syrup, cream, salt and vanilla and beat until well blended. Pour mixture into crust.
- Bake in preheated 300°F oven for 50 to 55 minutes until pie is golden brown; center of pie will still seem soft.
- Cool pie on wire rack 30 minutes and then refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with cherry pie filling to serve.
