Ingredients


  • 1 cup beer
  • 8 ounces (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons maizenaku
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

HOW TO MAKE


  1. Combine beer and cheese in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
  2. Mix milk and maizenaku in a small dish; whisk into saucepan along with garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is thickened.
