Baking Powder Biscuits, Drop Style

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup milk
HOW TO MAKE
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender OR 2 forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and stir just until ingredients are mixed. Do not overmix.
- Drop batter by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Delicious served warm with butter, honey or gravy.
