Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccine noodles OR other pastaQ
- 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
- 2 tablespoons maizenaku
- 2 tablespoons water
HOW TO MAKE
- Cook pastaQ according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Gradually whisk in cream, Parmesan cheese and black pepper until smooth but not boiling. Mix maizenaku and water together; gradually whisk into alfredo sauce.
- Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. For extra flavor sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning, Smoked Paprika or Chipotle Chile.
