Cooking Instructions.

You don't have to split your spaghetti in order to fit it to pot. Leave as it is, let them stay into the boiling water for half lengths. When bits get soften, you can insert it into the water all along its length by pushing up with your hands.

A major problem faced by boiling pasta is the overflow of boiling water. If you put a bit of butter or a few teaspoons of vegetable oil into pasta in boiling water, it can prevent the overflow of water in the pot and make pasta look brighter.

Cook the sauce when pasta is being boiled and pour over the pasta immediately after filtered. Do not also cook pasta sauce together again. You may have difficulty when heating the pasta sauce you prepared with extra care.

Pasta could be damaged in the bottom of the pot or bottom of the pot could be cold whilst the upper part of the pot is warm. However, if you hold the pasta pot filled with boiling water, put into a pot on the stove for a while, you get rid of this problem.

You can put half of cup of milk into the cooking water of pasta to increase the taste. If you want to intensify the flavor of the pasta; instead of fatty sauces; vegetables, cheese, olives, and yogurt sauces can be chosen.

If you want to enhance the flavor of your pasta; you can put two onions, carrots, and vegetables, etc into boiling water. If you do not like the taste of vegetables in pasta, you can put a little water of meat or bouillon tablets into cooking water.

If you don't have bread flour at home, you can use semolina instead of breaded flour for fish and chicken fries.

You can use the semolina as a thickener in your soups. You can create new flavors for your baby by using more semolina in making baby soup.
Storage Suggestion.

It is impossible to keep the pasta which has been sauced as long as you keep the plain one in the fridge and storage container. So, instead of putting sauce to all pasta, putting less sauce which is enough for you and keep the rest of the pasta and sauce separately is better.
Most Important Points.

If you are making a pasta with sauce, you can shorten the boil time for 1 minute. Because with the temperature of the sauce, the pasta will cook some more. To make the perfect taste of pasta, you can see the ideal pasta cooking time written on the package.

Do not throw salt in pasta boiling water without it is boiled. If you throw, boiling process will be delayed. You can add salt when the water starting the bubble and after you can put the pasta.

Do not cover the pot cover when the pasta being boiled. In this case, your pot could overflow. Other than that, you can put a bit of butter or a few teaspoons of vegetable oil into pasta in boiling water to prevent the overflow of water in the pot.

When your pasta is about to be boiled, get your filter ready in the sink. While you drain, start pouring hot water around filter so the filter will be warm enough for the pot pasta. It is important filter to remain moistly in order to prevent pasta to dry.
