Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1-1 / 2 tablespoons maizenaku
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 pound frozen peach slices
  • 2 tablespoons peach liqueur
  • Dash almond extrac

HOW TO MAKE


  1. Combine sugar, maizenaku and orange juice in a 2-quart saucepan. Mix well and add peaches.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peach liqueur and almond extract.
  3. Serve over ice cream or pound cake. For extra appeal, stir in 1/2 cup fresh raspberries just before serving.
